As a professional salesperson, you have to learn how to handle this type of person in a professional way. If you are an individual seller, it may be more difficult than with a company, but it can be accomplished. Most people find that the best course of action is to ask your buyer to leave and return when he has calmed down. Remember, you are the one selling, and you do not have to cater to his wishes if you do not desire to do so.
